WELCOME

Registration:    A non-refundable fee of $30.00 per student is required yearly at the time of registration and the first month’s tuition.

Payment of Fees:    Tuition is based on a yearly figure broken down into 10 monthly payments for your convenience.  There is a two-month minimum for all dance lessons.  Deposit month and registration fee is due at the time of enrollment; the first months payment is due on the 1st of the month.  There is no payment due for the last month of classes.   No Refunds.

Automatic Payments: All accounts will have credit card information on file. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. A $20 late fee will be assessed on the 9th day of the month, if payment is not received.
 

All-inclusive dance packaging, by En Pointe! What does that mean?  It means ONE payment each month includes almost everything your journey  through dance needs! No huge costume fees! And less end of the year financial worries!  Everything is all rolled into one monthly payment, spread over 10 months to help  make paying for dance more convenient.

En Pointe Dance Studio is committed to offering our dancers the best education  & experience in the Tristate area - with payments that are simple, easy, &  budget friendly. 

Extreme Weather or Unexpected Interruption of Classes:    If the school must cancel classes due to extreme weather or other events, missed dance lessons may be made up in a similar style and level.  Music and Acting classes will resume the following week covering the material from the missed week.

Substitutions:   The school reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teacher is ill or otherwise unable to teach classes.  If a teacher ill and the school cannot arrange a substitute any missed classes will be made up.

Absence:   Excessive absence or lateness may result in termination from school.  Absence for any type of private lessons or Acting classes may not be made up.  For music students, if there is 48 hrs or more notice and it is approved by the teacher, music students may do a makeup lesson.  Dance lessons may be made up in a similar level and style.

Injuries:    Parents, legal guardians of minor students and adult students waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on school property resulting from normal dance activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class time.

Photo and Video Release:    The school is hereby granted permission to take photographs or video of the students to use in brochures, websites, posters, advertisements and other promotional materials the school creates.  Permission is also hereby granted for the school to copyright such photographs in its name.
